Demand Surcharge

To ensure operational continuity during a period of high demand, DHL will be activating Demand Surcharges effective October 1, 2025 until February 16, 2026.

Charge amounts and application dates may vary throughout the demand period determined by DHL. Any changes will be subject to prior notice.

Charges apply in CNY per kg (billing weight), based on the shipment’s origin and destination. Fuel Surcharge applies.
