科威特调整进口货物代码规范

为与国际标准接轨并促进进口至科威特的货物清关便利，科威特海关当局（Kuwait Customs Authority；KCA）已规定，自2025年1月1日起，科威特的国际商品统一分类代码（HS Code）标准将从8位数改为12位数。

此变更要求寄件人在将以下货物运送至科威特时，提供有效的科威特12位HS编码。
企业对企业（B2B）进口货物（从全球运往科威特的货物）
企业对消费者（B2C）进口货物（从全球运往科威特的货物）
消费者对消费者（C2C）进口货物（从全球运往科威特的货物）
为避免货物延迟，建议寄件人应：
通过DHL电子运输解决方案创建运往科威特的货件时，需以电子方式向DHL提供有效的科威特12位HS编码，以便DHL将此信息提供给科威特海关当局。

通过DHL Express电子运输解决方案，需以电子方式提供完整且准确的商业发票信息，例如：商品描述、分项价值、原产地等。

Kuwait Regulatory - HS Code
In order to align with international standards and enhance trade facilitation for shipments entering Kuwait, the Kuwait Customs Authority (KCA) have mandated that effective January 1st, 2025, the Harmonized System (HS) code standard for Kuwait will change from an 8-digit HS code to a 12-digit HS code.

In summary, the change requires that the shipper should provide a valid Kuwait 12-digit HS code when shipping to Kuwait .

Business-to-Business (B2B) Import Shipments (for shipments from Rest of World to Kuwait )
Business-to-Consumer (B2C) Import Shipments (for shipments from Rest of World to Kuwait )
Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C) Import Shipments (for shipments from Rest of World to Kuwait )
In order to avoid delays, we recommend shippers to:
Provide valid Kuwait 12-digit HS codes electronically to DHL via DHL Express Electronic Shipping Solutions when preparing a shipment for Kuwait, so that DHL can provide to the Kuwait Customs Authority. 
Provide complete and accurate Commercial / Pro-Forma Invoice data electronically via DHL Express Electronic Shipping Solutions, such as: goods descriptions, itemized values, country of origin, etc.

需要特别注意，自2025年1月1日起，科威特已强制要求使用12位数的HS编码-10-21。这是海合会（GCC）国家的统一新规--4，旧的8位编码将不再被接受-。
